About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and work within a regulated environment.
• Moderate understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of detailed job aspects.
• Knowledge and application of domestic and international shipping carriers, customs, duties, and shipping regulations, as well as internal tools such as scanning equipment, scanner hot-synching, internal database tracking systems, dollies, and carts.
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion and reach, push, and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, warehouse operations, or quality inspection.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack materials and supplies against purchase orders for delivery.
• Perform incoming quality inspections using established checklists and procedures, including visual inspections, packaging integrity checks, and verification against approved specifications.
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Report damages and discrepancies to request reimbursement or re-shipment.
• Maintain logs of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain appropriate environmental storage conditions.
• Prepare orders for return-to-vendor shipment.
• Prepare daily production and volume reports to measure productivity and prepare billing charges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
