About The Position

Marvin Composites is hiring Process Technicians to manufacture fiberglass components using pultrusion, a continuous production process. Technicians set up and operate equipment while learning how materials, tooling, equipment, and production settings affect product quality and process performance. They monitor conditions, troubleshoot problems, make process adjustments, and support safe, consistent production. Employees may advance through Process Technician Levels I–IV as they gain skills and expertise. The position follows a 12-hour rotating schedule. Week 1 is 36 hours (Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday); Week 2 is 48 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday). Day shift runs 6:30 AM–6:45 PM, and night shift runs 6:30 PM–6:45 AM. Employees work 7 of every 14 days and have a three-day weekend every other week. Base pay is $26 per hour. Pay potential including night-shift and weekend premiums and overtime is listed as $29.14 per hour for day shift and $32.29 per hour for night shift. Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in Marvin windows and doors. Its fiberglass production facilities are in Fargo, North Dakota, and Salem, Virginia. The company describes its benefits approach as supporting employees at work and beyond.
