Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiver (home care, assisted living, or similar) experience
• Ability to assist with daily living tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle + auto insurance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• A genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, compassionate support, including: Assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility support)
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Monitoring client well being and reporting changes to the care team
