About The Position

Family Tree Private Care is hiring Community Caregivers for its in-home community caregiving team. Caregivers support older adult clients, helping meet their needs and provide a positive care experience. The role offers competitive pay, bonuses, direct deposit, a reliable paycheck, professional training, career development, paid time off, holiday pay, and around-the-clock support, including RN support. The hiring range is $19–$22 per hour. The schedule options listed are morning shifts from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and evening shifts from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.

Requirements

Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to provide professional references.
Driver’s license.
Auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
At least one year of caregiving experience.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide caregiver support and assistance to older adult clients to help ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, and grooming.
Support toileting activities and provide incontinence care.
Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping.
Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and making beds.
Perform transfers and use mechanical devices.
Attend trainings and complete required continuing education.
Become an integral member of the health care community.
