Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, service lanes, service drive, and parking lot.
  • Assist service advisors with tasks such as key tracking, cleaning cars, and driving vehicles.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas.
  • Perform light cleaning and tidying to keep the shop clean.
  • Address customer service needs with a positive attitude.
