About The Position

The Beverage Porter supports Durango as an approachable luxury destination by helping provide best-in-class hospitality and ensuring team members have the resources to create memorable guest experiences. The role focuses on cleanliness, stocking, and maintaining beverage and bar areas.

Requirements

• Be naturally kind, inclusive, forward-thinking, reliable, passionate, and self-aware; these values are described as non-negotiable.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack, with or without assistance.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and reach to a height of 6 feet, with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the glass washer, ice machine, margarita machine, pouring guns and holders, and drip trays.
• Clean coolers, back-bar and front-bar surfaces, display areas, display bottles, Point of Sale displays, and other visible items.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the pump/soda room; sweep and mop floors, remove trash, and notify the manager when orders need to be placed.
• Keep the bar stocked with condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice, and other related products.
