About The Position

The Model Beverage Server works in the Center Bar at Durango, an approachable luxury destination focused on best-in-class hospitality. The role delivers elevated lounge service and creates memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs, responding to requests, and providing personable service. The server uses the POS to fulfill beverage needs, maintains a clean and stocked service station, and follows slot, cash, and comp charging procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
• Demonstrate the company values of kindness, inclusiveness, forward-thinking, reliability, passion, and self-awareness.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in this position.
• Current and/or previous modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe and anticipate guests' needs and fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of available beverages and deliver elevated lounge service.
• Use the POS to fulfill guests' beverage needs.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked service station, including glassware, condiments, coffee, and dry goods.
• Comply with slot, cash, and comp charging procedures and know cocktail and beverage pricing.
