About The Position

The Beverage Porter supports the Beverage/Bars department at Durango, helping maintain an approachable luxury destination and providing the bar team with the resources needed to deliver memorable guest experiences. The role focuses on cleanliness, stocking, and service support across bar areas.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
• Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack, with or without assistance.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and reach to a height of 6 feet, with or without assistance.
• Expected personal qualities include kindness, inclusiveness, forward thinking, reliability, passion, and self-awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of glass washers, ice machines, margarita machines, pouring guns and holders, and drip trays.
• Clean coolers, back-bar and front-bar surfaces, and display areas.
• Clean and wipe display bottles, point-of-sale displays, and other items on surfaces visible to guests or team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the pump/soda room; sweep and mop floors, remove trash, and notify a manager when orders need to be placed.
• Keep bars stocked with condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice, and other related products.
• Help make service easy for guests by delivering personal service and seeking opportunities to delight them.
