About The Position
The Model Beverage Server works in the Center Bar (Oasis) at Durango, delivering elevated lounge service in an approachable luxury setting. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, fulfilling beverage requests, and creating memorable guest experiences with personal, attentive service. The server uses the point-of-sale system to fulfill beverage orders, maintains a clean and well-stocked service station, follows slot, cash, and comp-charging procedures, and knows cocktail and beverage pricing. The role calls for someone who is kind, inclusive, forward-thinking, reliable, passionate, and self-aware.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
- Demonstrate the values of kindness, inclusivity, forward-thinking, reliability, passion, and self-awareness.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in this position is preferred.
- Current and/or previous modeling experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Observe and anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill guest requests.
- Provide elevated lounge service and personalized hospitality.

- Maintain a clean and well-stocked service station, including glassware, condiments, coffee, and dry goods.
