The role requires decision-making based on established procedures and good judgment. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary if applicable. Travel and flexible hours are required to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. The ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting, demonstrate superior customer focus, communicate openly and transparently, embrace change, and possess business knowledge are key. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred but required in California, Nevada, and Washington. 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, is required, along with keyboard/data entry experience.
