About The Position
Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role services Delano, Medina, Long Lake, and surrounding areas. The position offers flexible hours, an independent work environment with a supportive team, and unlimited earning potential through uncapped sales incentives. Training is provided to earn necessary licenses.
Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.

- Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
Responsibilities
