About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, mathematics, statistics, psychology, or another applicable quantitative or management-related field.
• At least 1 year in a business environment gathering and using data to solve business problems.
• Experience working with multiple data sources to generate insights, answer questions, create solutions, and manipulate large data sets to measure the effectiveness of organizational projects, programs, and efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in one or more tools such as Excel, Workday or another HRIS, SQL, Tableau, SPSS, and R.

Nice To Haves

• Management consulting or similar experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in database querying and understanding relational database design, SQL, and/or Workday.
• Experience collaborating on project teams, managing client relationships, and presenting to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead analysis within DaVita’s People Services department.
• Identify problems and propose potential analytical solutions.
• Make recommendations aligned with business goals and strategy.
• Participate in and lead projects and programs involving people data, prioritizing work based on changing demands.
• Create effective visualizations tailored to the data and audience.
• Proactively seek to improve processes and programs.
• Ensure the integrity of sensitive, confidential data.
• Explain complex technical issues in a simple, effective way.
• Collaborate proactively, guide, and provide expertise to internal business partners.
• Present to audiences with varying skill levels, telling a story with the data.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders within and outside the team.
• Compile complex data sets, produce regular reporting, generate insights, and help develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Track and report data, develop dashboards, identify gaps and opportunities, and create empirically supported recommendations.
• Develop analytical solutions, review effectiveness, improve processes, and create efficiencies.
