About The Position

This role is for a Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner, requiring a PT, OT, or SLP license. The position involves overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, managing clinical and non-clinical staff, and providing individualized patient treatment plans. The Clinic Director will play a key role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, collaborating with digital marketing, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance local service standards. The role also includes facilitating and participating in continuing education, providing mentorship, and supporting team performance. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.

  • Manage legal and compliance aspects.
  • Utilize patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle management.
