About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based assignment supporting students in Parker, AZ. The role is based out of Lake Havasu City, with a carpool arrangement available for the 37-mile commute to the school location. This is a school-year contract position, running from July to May, within a supportive and collaborative school environment.
Requirements
- Active Arizona OT License
- 5+ to 7 years experience
- Bachelor's Degree

- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric students in a school setting
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
