About The Position

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Texas.
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
Deliver interventions to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
Educate and empower families and caregivers to support therapy carryover in daily routines.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Document care in an electronic medical record system.
Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
