Requirements

  • Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for helping children and families succeed.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, and functional needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other members of the care team.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
  • Support a positive, encouraging environment for children and families.
