About The Position

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through: Providing individualized therapy, Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration, Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers, Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Skilled and compassionate Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy experience
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
  • Experience fostering sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.
  • Experience with individualized therapy.
  • Experience implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration.
  • Experience collaborating with physical and speech therapists, and social workers.
  • Experience documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.
