About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed occupational therapist to serve as a Clinic Director in senior living communities. The role combines hands-on therapy services with clinical team leadership and day-to-day clinic operations. The Clinic Director mentors clinicians, partners with community leadership, builds resident relationships, and may help implement EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model bringing together therapy, wellness, care coordination, pharmacy, and medical care. The position supports residents in maintaining independence and improving quality of life while contributing to team performance, program development, and quality improvement.

The role offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, opportunities for leadership development and career growth, and close collaboration with operational leadership. Clinic Directors continue treating residents while leading their teams.

Requirements

• Current professional license in a therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that promote resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to create a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
