Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults at The Creekside in Woodinville, Washington. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents’ independence, safety, and well-being. The occupational therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The role also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support, and contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement. EmpowerMe describes the schedule as predictable, with no late nights or constant driving, and highlights opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development. Compensation is $50.00–$64.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
