About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. As part of the EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model, the therapist works with therapy, wellness, and medical providers to help residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The role includes assessments, personalized care planning, evidence-based interventions, care coordination, and wellness support. The position is listed as PRN and pays $56.00–$65.00 per hour.

The role offers predictable schedules with no late nights and no constant driving. Therapists may have opportunities to participate in leadership and specialty programs, professional development, and program improvement.
