About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to serve older adults at Aegis Living - Kirkland Waterfront in Kirkland, Washington. The therapist is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The role combines occupational therapy with wellness services, care coordination, and resident support. The therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions in collaboration with a team. The position also contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement while helping residents improve their independence, confidence, and satisfaction. Responsibilities
