Full- time: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts available – Immediate hire for 2nd. Starting Rate: $22.77 + Shift Differentials. New hires start with 3 weeks’ paid vacation. Here, you will make an impact by: Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Recognizes numerous process and product defects, diagnoses and performs process trouble shooting, makes a variety of process adjustments including temperature, line speed, air flow rate, positioning, centering, gap, etc. Must comprehend and utilize PLC & MMI computer-controlled interface with equipment. Uses test and measuring equipment in the manufacturing of finished goods. Uses pneumatic presses and punch out equipment.
