About The Position

SRM Concrete is seeking a dependable End Dump Truck Driver to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials safely and efficiently between job sites and plants. The role includes inspecting and maintaining the truck, following DOT regulations and company safety policies, documenting deliveries, communicating with dispatch, plant staff, and customers, and providing professional customer service. Drivers work steady local routes and return home daily. SRM is a family-owned, values-driven ready-mix concrete company founded in 1999 and operating more than 600 locations nationwide.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing work demands.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating end dump trucks or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is safe and in working condition.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Load and unload materials using procedures that prevent spills and damage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with routine truck maintenance and cleaning.
• Adapt to changing schedules and routes to meet customer and company needs.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
