About The Position

SRM Concrete is seeking a dependable End Dump Truck Driver to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants. The role involves operating an end dump truck safely and efficiently, maintaining the vehicle, following DOT regulations and company safety policies, and providing professional customer service. Routes are local, with drivers home daily; the company is closed every Sunday. The position offers hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, eligibility for bonuses and annual raises, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to adapt to changing work demands.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to confirm the truck is safe and in working condition.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with routine truck maintenance and cleaning.
• Adapt to changing schedules and routes to meet customer and company needs.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
