About The Position

Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a skilled, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to operate belly dump and side dump trailers across Colorado and surrounding states. The role supports construction projects by transporting aggregate materials and making timely, accurate deliveries across varying terrain and weather conditions. This is a non-exempt hourly position paying $32–$33 per hour. The position requires a DOT physical and a current DOT medical card. Experience with belly dump and/or side dump trailers is preferred, though training may be available for candidates willing to learn. Upon offer, employees must complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and/or MVR check. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid, unrestricted Class A CDL.
DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate Card.
DOT physical and current DOT medical card.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Experience operating belly dump and/or side dump trailers; candidates willing to train may also be considered.

Responsibilities

Operate belly dump and side dump trailers safely and efficiently on highways, rural roads, and job sites across Colorado and surrounding states.
Haul and deliver aggregate materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and fill.
Perform accurate dumping operations according to site specifications and crew instructions.
Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer.
Comply with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and state hauling requirements.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and other team members.
Maintain accurate logs, delivery tickets, and required documentation.
Perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting as needed.
Represent the company professionally with customers, contractors, and the public.
