About The Position

WW Clyde is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Side Dump Driver with a Class A CDL to support heavy civil construction projects in the Denver, Colorado area. The driver hauls demolition materials, rock, dirt, aggregates, and other materials to and from job sites, providing service to crews, customers, and site personnel. The role requires safe and timely transportation, reliable communication with dispatch, and the ability to operate in quarries and construction sites. Candidates must be comfortable pulling up to 97,000 pounds combined vehicle weight and able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience.
• Ability to pull up to 97,000 pounds combined vehicle weight.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, bend, and drive in rapidly changing weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years old, in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
• An automatic-transmission restriction is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety.
• Transport dirt, aggregates, demolition materials, and other materials safely and on time.
• Maintain truck logs in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Access and maneuver through off-road quarries and construction sites.
• Obtain and provide signed delivery tickets.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and site personnel.
• Follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with dispatch to prevent delivery delays and minimize disruptions to job-site production.
• Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
• Use and navigate company mobile applications.
• Report incidents involving the driver, company equipment, or private-property damage.
