About The Position

Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a skilled, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to operate belly dump and side dump trailers throughout Colorado and surrounding states. The role transports aggregate materials and supports construction projects, with timely and accurate deliveries across varying terrain and weather conditions. This is a non-exempt hourly position paying $32–$33 per hour. A DOT physical and current DOT medical card are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid, unrestricted Class A CDL.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate Card.
• Complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and/or MVR check upon offer.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating belly dump and/or side dump trailers; training may be available for candidates willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate belly dump and side dump trailers safely and efficiently on highways, rural roads, and job sites across Colorado and surrounding states.
• Haul and deliver aggregate materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and fill.
• Perform dumping operations according to site specifications and crew instructions.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer.
• Comply with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and state hauling requirements.
• Communicate with dispatch, site supervisors, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery tickets, and required documentation.
• Perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting as needed.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, contractors, and the public.
