About The Position

The operator is the first point of contact for guests and handles incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system.
