Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous shift work experience is advantageous.
• Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, farming, forestry, defence, emergency services, or other operational environments is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform shunting operations, including connecting and disconnecting wagons.
• Guide train drivers during wagon movements and coupling activities.
• Position wagons into customer sidings.
• Conduct safety-critical checks to ensure trains are fit for departure.
• Work closely with a small team and communicate clearly via radio throughout each shift.
• Support safe and efficient freight rail operations.
