About The Position

We are seeking an Office Administrator / Warehouse Support to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. The right person will have strong warehouse experience, be organized, and provide excellent customer service, including assisting walk-in customers, answering phones, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize inventory and equipment in our ERP system
  • Support warehouse operations, including inventory organization and cycle counts
  • Assist walk-in customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Answer phones and help process customer orders
  • Coordinate freight, track shipments, and file damage claims when needed
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Communicate with the purchasing team and vendors regarding orders and materials
  • Help keep the warehouse and office organized and running smoothly
