About The Position
BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Occupational Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care. The role is available full-time, part-time, or PRN, and new graduates are welcome. Occupational Therapists develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver outcomes-driven therapy while collaborating with colleagues and building relationships with patients and local providers. The position offers structured onboarding and mentorship for new graduates, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to pursue long-term growth, including a path to clinic ownership or partnership. Upstream Rehabilitation provides central administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care. Its network includes more than 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners. The estimated pay range is $70,000–$85,000 per year; actual pay depends on factors including pay class, experience, background, and clinic location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active Tennessee Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for one.
