About The Position
Laurel Cove Senior Living is seeking a hands-on, experienced Nursing Assistant to provide essential care and support to residents. The role involves helping residents meet their daily personal needs with dignity and respect, monitoring their well-being, and supporting daily activities and nursing operations. The position is based at Laurel Cove, an upscale senior living community in Shoreline’s North City neighborhood. The listed pay range is $20.00–$24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- CNA, HCA, or Nursing Assistant license or certification.
- Valid CPR/First Aid card.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver essential daily nursing care and services while respecting each resident’s personal needs and wishes.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes, incidents, or injuries to the Director of Nursing or Resident Care Coordinator.
- Assist residents with hygiene, dressing, and mobility, including turning, lifting, and safe transportation.
- Help feed residents, answer call bells, and participate in nursing reports to stay informed about care plans and resident status.
- Follow safety protocols, use equipment properly, and follow infection-control procedures to maintain a clean and secure environment.
