About The Position

Right at Home SLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes in the Salt Lake area. The role supports clients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent through personal care, companionship, and professional support. Part-time weekday and weekend openings are available.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver's license and car.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care.
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist clients with hygiene and mobility.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
Give medication reminders.
Build meaningful connections with clients that foster well-being.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $17.50–$18.25 per hour based on experience or Dementia Certification, with a minimum of $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
Generous bonus after 60 days for employees working 20 or more hours per week who complete required documents.
