About The Position

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state where services are provided, or a current multistate Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate positively and effectively, negotiate, and resolve conflict.
• Competent clinical practice and critical-thinking skills to deliver patient care efficiently and use resources effectively.
• Flexibility in response to changes in work volume, staffing, and schedules.
• Ability to work successfully under highly stressful conditions and adapt to varying workloads and assignments.
• Ability to meet physical demands that include lifting, moving, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, and carrying materials or equipment weighing 40 pounds or more; patient handling requires lift equipment or other aids as indicated.
• Visual acuity and hearing within normal range.

Responsibilities
