About The Position
Westwood Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses to provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility. The role may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medication passes, and providing treatments. The facility provides personalized rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing services in a caring and supportive environment. Full-time schedules include 6 a.m.–6 p.m. with a weekend rotation or 6 p.m.–6 a.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. A part-time 6 a.m.–6 p.m. schedule is also available. The listed pay range is $40–$50 per hour. Full-time employees receive healthcare benefits, including vision and dental, a 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Sick leave and continuous training and growth opportunities are also offered.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in Colorado.
