About The Position
Bupa is seeking a Registered Nurse for Merrimac Care Home to deliver person-centred care to residents, supported by a team of carers. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships with residents and their families and contributing to residents’ quality of life through a holistic approach to care. Nurses are encouraged to develop their clinical expertise and work collaboratively with colleagues. The position is permanent and full-time, with permanent night shifts. Pre-employment checks are required. A 482 sponsorship visa may be available, subject to individual eligibility assessment.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (essential).
- Passion and energy for world-class care.
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and delegate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
