About The Position
As a DaVita Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate and professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, supporting the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of patients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a professional team of clinicians, and apply critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
- At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients.
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg settings is preferred.
- CNN certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships.
- Work as part of a supportive care team.
