About The Position
MidState Medical Center is hiring Registered Nurses for its Med/Surg units across multiple hours and shifts. Nurses practice at the top of their license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. The role includes clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities through completion of the Med/Surg Nurse Residency. MidState Medical Center is an acute-care community teaching hospital providing inpatient and outpatient general medicine and surgical services, along with a wide variety of specialties. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; ASN or BSN.
- Current Connecticut RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
