About The Position

A healthcare facility located outside of Butte, Montana, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a direct-hire role. Positions are available in the Operating Room or Med/Surg, with day and night shifts available. Pay is $30.31–$58.63 per hour, depending on experience, and the role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance. The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for patients of all age groups, including assessment, planning, and evaluation. The nurse collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care, educates and advocates for patients and families throughout the care continuum, and maintains accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in Montana or a compact state.
  • Previous acute care or perioperative nursing experience.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required depending on department and within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care for patients of all age groups, including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
