About The Position

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Proven expertise in providing mental health care, telepsychiatry, behavioral health interventions, and addiction management.
• Willingness to operate effectively as an independent 1099-NEC contractor, acknowledging standard business responsibilities including platform investments.
• Strong dedication to building a collaborative, multi-specialty care environment and fostering long-term patient loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a virtual patient panel, providing comprehensive mental health evaluations, addiction care, and continuous therapeutic management with full autonomy.
• Utilize secure e-prescription functionality integrated with major pharmacy networks for seamless behavioral health medication management.
• Participate in an integrated, whole-person care model alongside medical, dental, and vision providers. You will provide cross-specialty consultations and accept referrals from other network providers to address the mental health components of physical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory work when clinically appropriate using our integrated ordering system.
• Design your own schedule to achieve work-life balance while accommodating consistent, recurring patient visits.
