Nurse Practitioner- NP

CVS Health•Miami Beach, FL
•$42 - $90•Onsite

About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary and family care in a clinic setting. The role focuses on in-person patient care; virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic when onsite volume is lower and doing so will not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers have clinical and organizational support and use evidence-based guidelines and assessment and treatment planning tools. The Nurse Practitioner assesses, diagnoses, treats, and manages acute and chronic conditions; provides preventive care and counseling; conducts diagnostic testing; and coordinates care with other healthcare professionals. The position also includes patient wellness services, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and clinic operations. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts. Physical presence at the assigned clinic is required. Applicants must have a master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current national board certification, and an active, unrestricted FNP/APRN license. One year of NP experience is preferred, though qualified new graduates may be considered. The role is full-time, with 35 anticipated weekly hours. The typical pay range is $41.85–$90.13 per hour, and the position may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
