About The Position
The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Health Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as the clinical lead for its Mobile Medical Clinic and support primary care services and public health outreach. The role provides patient-centered care in community-based mobile settings and at the Tribal Health Center, serving Native and rural communities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with P.L. 101-630, Title IV, Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Act of 1990.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in tribal health, rural medicine, or Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) preferred.
- Epic and computer experience preferred.
