About The Position

The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Health Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as the clinical lead for its Mobile Medical Clinic and support primary care services and public health outreach. The role provides patient-centered care in community-based mobile settings and at the Tribal Health Center.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check in accordance with P.L. 101-630, Title IV, Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Act of 1990.
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in tribal health, rural medicine, or Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
• Epic and computer experience.
