The Department of Cardiovascular Diseases at Mayo Clinic’s campus in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Division of Interventional Cardiology, with additional support for general cardiology. The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care for a diverse patient population. This role offers the opportunity to participate in the evaluation and management of patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions while developing expertise within a dynamic interventional cardiology practice. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant performs the following tasks in any authorized setting (clinics, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, nursing homes, or patient's home). During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question – Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording.
