About The Position
This is a locum position for a Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to provide inpatient coverage. The role involves involvement in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including first assisting, conducting rounds, and participating in clinic activities. The position requires proficiency in vein harvesting and utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record system. The coverage is for up to 1 year, starting immediately.
Requirements
- Board Certification
- First assist certification
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Active Oregon medical license
- Proficiency in vein harvesting
