SOUTHERN SPORTS MEDICINE PARTNERS LLC•Naples, FL

About The Position

PartnerCare is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider for Jaffe Sports Medicine’s new Regenerative Medicine and Integrative Musculoskeletal Care program, serving its Naples and Cape Coral clinics. The role supports a multidisciplinary outpatient practice spanning sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, interventional pain management, orthopedics, diagnostic testing, and physical therapy. The program aims to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, pursue active aging, and access nonoperative treatment options. The provider evaluates and treats patients with musculoskeletal concerns and develops individualized care plans that may include regenerative or orthobiologic therapies, rehabilitation, specialist referrals, medication management, and lifestyle recommendations. Depending on licensure, training, privileging, physician protocols, medical director approval, and compliance review, the provider may perform, assist with, or coordinate approved procedures. The role emphasizes balanced, evidence-conscious patient care, clear education about treatment options and costs, follow-up, and outcome tracking. The provider will also help establish and grow the service line in collaboration with physicians, leadership, clinical and operational teams, compliance, marketing, and finance. This includes developing care pathways and educational materials, supporting internal referrals and community outreach, and providing feedback on demand, workflows, patient questions, and growth opportunities. The position calls for a clinically credible, relationship-driven provider who can work independently within defined protocols and communicate compliantly about elective or cash-pay services without overpromising outcomes. The position is onsite at Jaffe Sports Medicine clinic locations in Naples and Cape Coral, Florida. The environment is fast-paced, patient-facing, procedure-focused, and service-line oriented. Travel between clinic locations may be required. Regular collaboration with physicians, clinical staff, physical therapy, operations, compliance, finance, marketing, and leadership is expected. The role may involve extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and moving through clinic and procedure spaces; manual dexterity and sustained focus for procedures; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and assistance with patient positioning; and regular, predictable attendance.
