About The Position

This position involves working as an Inpatient RN in the Center for Mental Health. The role is 100% FTE, requiring two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. The work schedule is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. The position is located at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. Additional compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
  • Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
  • CPI within 6 months of hire.

  • Specialty certification in area of concentration.
