About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications prescribed by a physician. The RN Supervisor implements direct care safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. This role supports Willow Rock, a 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility in Alameda County serving adolescents ages 12–17 who are experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. This is an on-call role; shifts and days vary as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the program operates.
• Valid CPR/BLS certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certifications by the employment date or within 60 days of employment, and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Employment is contingent on acceptable results from the applicable post-offer physical examination, two-step tuberculosis PPD test, criminal background clearances, excluded-party sanctions screening, and degree or license verification.
• If driving is required, a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at employment and must be maintained.
