About The Position

The RN Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications as prescribed by a physician. The role supports safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. Shifts vary as needed. The position is with Telecare MLK Adult Psychiatric Health Facility, a 16-bed acute inpatient facility for adults age 18 and older experiencing a mental health-related emergency. Admission may be voluntary or involuntary (5150).

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
Current RN licensure in the state of operation.
Valid and current driver’s license.
Personal vehicle insurance listing the employee as a driver.
Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.

Responsibilities

Provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including prescribed medications.
Implement direct care safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Use the company vehicle to transport clients to appointments, groups, and other activities as needed.
