About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, promoting a high-energy, team-oriented environment and helping store team members deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role includes customer service, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching and mentoring team members, managing merchandise availability and presentation, and maintaining clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The position requires the ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching. It may also involve lifting up to 20 pounds and assisting another person in lifting 40 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Ensure in-store products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
